Continental Breakfast - $6/person
Mini Danish, doughnuts, fresh fruit, chilled orange juice and freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee

At the Shack - $12/person
Two all beef Oscar Mayer hot dogs or a cheeseburger, bag of chips, whole fruit and a bottle of water or a soda

Box Lunch - $12/person
Roast Turkey or Ham Sandwich on a sub roll, bag of chips, whole fruit, homemade cookie and a bottle of water or a soda

Hot Dog and Cheeseburger Buffet - $15/person
Angus Cheeseburgers and Oscar Mayer all beef hot dogs, with chips, pasta salad, potato salad, homemade chocolate chip cookies and soda

Deli Platter - $15/person
Sliced turkey and ham with Swiss and American cheese, fresh bread, potato salad, pasta salad, homemade chocolate chip cookies and soda

BBQ Ribs and Chicken Buffet - $25/person
St. Louis style ribs and quartered bbq chicken with potato salad, pasta salad, chips, chocolate brownies and soda

Sirloin Steak and Salmon Buffet - $32/person
Grilled Sirloin Steak and Salmon Filet with green salad, rice pilaf, baked potato, mixed vegetable, chocolate brownie and soda

Italian Buffet - $25/person
Eggplant Parmigiana and Chicken Marsala with Caesar salad, garlic bread, cannoli and soda
