Our poolside weddings have become the talk of the Saratoga area. There is no more romantic setting than at the newly renovated Victorian pool in the historic Saratoga State Park. We will do everything to make sure your wedding is a day you will remember with joy for the rest of your life.

Wedding Packages

Package 1:

  • Three Hour Cocktail Hors Deourves Reception
  • Choice of 3 stationary and 4 passed Hors Deouvres
  • Three Hour Open bar with top shelf liquor, beer, wine and soda
  • Coffee Station
  • Price is $50 per person plus 7% tax, 18% gratuity and a $5 site usage fee

Package 2:

  • Three Hour Buffet Reception
  • One Hour Hors Deourves
  • Choice of 2 stationary and 2 passed Hors Deourves
  • Buffet Dinner
  • Buffet to include fresh garden salad, rice pilaf assorted rustic breads, mixed vegetables along with your choice of 2 entrees
  • Three Hour open bar with top shelf liquor, beer, wine and soda
  • Coffee station
  • Price is $70 per person plus 7% tax, 18% gratuity and $5 site usage fee

Package 3:

  • Five Hour Buffet
  • One and a Half Hours Hors Deourves
  • Choice of 3 stationary and 3 passed Hors Deourves
  • Buffet Dinner
  • Buffet to include fresh garden salad, rice pilaf, assorted rustic breads, mixed vegetable along with your choice of 3 entrees
  • Five Hour open bar with top shelf liquor, beer, wine and soda
  • Coffee Station
  • Price is $90 per person plus 7% tax, 18% gratuity and $5 site usage fee

Stationary Hors Deouvres:

Fresh Market Display - a bountiful display of fresh vegetables with an herbed buttermilk dipping sauce
Fresh Fruit Display - sliced seasonal melon, Hawaiian pineapple with red grapes and fresh berries with a yogurt dipping sauce
Chilled Grilled Vegetables - marinated and grilled vegetables including tri-color sweet bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini and summer squash with cold pressed olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper and fresh herbs
Chips and Dip - Jalapeno Pico de Gallo Salsa and Guacamole with tri-color tortilla chips
Farmhouse Cheese Board - an assortment of fresh breads, cheese and pepperoni along with homemade dips and whole grain mustard

Passed Hors Deourves:

Chicken Sate with a Thai peanut dipping sauce
Maple Glazed Scallops wrapped in hickory smoked bacon
Sesame vegetable spring rolls with a plum soy sauce
Smoked chicken Quesadillas with a spicy salsa
Spicy Fried Ravioli with Marinara dipping sauce

Entrees:

Grilled Top Sirloin Steak - a tender yet flavorful steak topped with garlic butter Aujus
Chicken Marsala - chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and Marsala wine
Baked Scrod - whitefish baked with lemon and white wine
Chicken Piccata - chicken breast with white wine, lemon and capers
Pasta Prima Vera - fresh vegetables sautéed with olive oil, white wine and spices
Tri Color Cheese Tortellini Alfredo - grilled chicken breast in a creamy Alfredo sauce
Carving Station - Roast Beef Aujus, Roasted Vermont Turkey breast and Virginia ham

The prices quoted include all linen, tables chairs (basic chair provided, an upgrade to a padded chair available at $2.50 per chair) staff and licenses.  No glass is allowed in the pool area, but we do provide high quality plastic plates and glasses.

The wedding party is responsible for any music, flowers, decorations, wedding cake and a tent if desired.  We will be happy to help with all of the above!
