Thank you for considering Saratoga Spa Golf & Catherine's in the Park for your next event.
 
  1. Please select the form below that corresponds with the date of your event.
  2. Download the form and review our outing policies.
  3. Fill out the top portion of the form, as neatly as possible.

  5. Application Fee/Deposit:  you can either send us a check or pay by credit card over the phone (please do not write your cc # on the outing form).
  6. Once we receive the form we will e-mail you a confirmation.
*Please Note:  Fridays are considered part of the weekend during peak season.
